Positive: Lovely hotel in great location. Clean, rooms of good size, comfortable bed. Good facilities. Fabulous breakfast and staff were very friendly

Negative: No air con!! The room was too warm, stuffy and at times I felt I couldn't breathe. Toilet had no air con or fan. A small dyson fan was on the room but it barely cooled it! We kept fan on all night and window open. Water dispenser was broken on 3rd floor. I felt that complimentary water could have been provided to customers on the 3rd floor in this instance. Facilities in the leisure centre were also out of action. It was a shame as it was on the basis of the leisure facilities we chose the hotel. Had walked 1st Day of St Declan's Way and was looking forward to availing of sauna.

Negative: The price (tongue in cheek comment..) but you always would like it cheaper.
